    At Bloomara, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.


    RETURNS

    Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

    A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

    NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    SALE ITEMS

    Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

    Unfortunately, sale items, discounted items, and promotional purchases are non-refundable.


    EXCHANGES

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

    If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us first at:

    If your exchange is approved, you will be given return instructions and the return shipping address.


    GIFTS

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received and approved.

    If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

    Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

    For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
